Cream:
250 g butter,
350 ml milk,
100 g coconuts,
1 lg food starch,
rum to taste

Glaze:
5 egg whites,
200 g sugar

Method of preparation :

countertop: mix the yolks with the sugar and the vanilla sugar sachet, add the water gradually, mixing constantly, then the flour mixed with the baking powder. Bake in a lined tray (26 & # 21537 cm) with baking paper, in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees Celsius, about 15 minutes.

Cream: mix the starch with the coconut, add the milk little by little so as not to make lumps and put it on the fire until it thickens a little, let it cool then put the rum, the butter at room temperature, mix it until it becomes frothy and put a little spoon in it a little coconut cream until we incorporate it all. Spread the cream over the cooled countertop.

Glaze: mix the egg whites with the sugar until the composition becomes hard then put it on a bain marie (steam bath) until it hardens. Take it off the steam and mix it until it cools, then spread it over the cream. Sprinkle coconut on top and refrigerate the cake in the evening until morning or for at least 3 hours.
