- 500 gr. flour
- 300 ml. warm water
- 50 gr. margarine
- a cube of fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation time: over 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Buns:
Put water in the bowl of a mixer, add sugar and yeast over the water. Mix for a few seconds, then gradually add flour until the dough comes off the walls of the mixer bowl, and a ball is formed. Add salt and butter, and mix for a few more seconds. Remove from the bowl and place in another bowl greased with oil for 1 hour to leaven, covered with plastic wrap. Remove the dough from the bowl, cut into two equal pieces, and form some baguettes. After which each baguette is cut into 5 pieces, which in turn are shaped like balls, and put in the stove tray greased with oil. Leave it for another 30 minutes to leaven covered with a plastic wrap. Take the foil for 30 minutes and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes, over medium heat. Serve hot. Enjoy!
